Warranty & Returns
In order to implement a faster response time for warranty and returned products we have now introduced a returns form, this is effective immediately and will need to accompany all items sent back to us.
This form includes all the essential details our Returns Department will require for prompt and efficient turn around of warranty and serviced items, or indeed to credit your account.

PLEASE NOTE: For Health and Safety reasons all forks must be cleaned before being returned.
