Making A Purchase
Purchasing merchandising could not be easier. Just browse our
Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into
the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on
"Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be
able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by credit card online or by cheque. If you are
shopping from United Kingdom, place your order and pay online using
your credit card or forward a cheque payable to "Windwave" and send to
Windwave, Units D2-D3, Heritage Business Park, Heritage Way,
Gosport, Hampshire PO12 4BG. Orders from overseas can be accepted
if payment is made by money transfer in advance of shipping.
We accept Visa/Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch & Solo. We do not charge
for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged
until they are ready to be shipped. You may send your credit card
information via snail mail, or alternatively E-mail us and we will
telephone you back to obtain card details. This option is only available
for calls during normal office hours i.e Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Shipping And Handling
Windwave charges £2.95 for first class delivery (1-2 business days) or
£5.95 for special delivery (next day) for all orders within the UK or
N.Ireland. Shipping and handling charges for other European countries
will be charged at £12.00; worldwide deliveries will cost £20 (zone 1) or
£25 (zone 2) and goods will be dispatched by airmail.
Delivery Schedule
If the items you require are available, we will dispatch them to you as
soon as your credit card payment or cheque has cleared. Small items
are sent first class post and are usually received within 1-2 working
days. If you chose the special delivery option items are delivered the
next working day (excluding weekends) If any items are out of stock we
will email you and advise when we anticipate the item(s) will be
available. Your order will then be kept on back order.
Back Orders
If your item(s) is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always
be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not
wait.
Tax Charges
The prices shown are inclusive of all relevant tax charges applying to
deliveries in the UK. Duties payable on overseas orders are the
responsibility of the purchaser.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our
shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are
encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit
encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They
are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 10 day
no quibble guarantee. If you change your mind and do not require the
goods ordered return them to us unused within 10 days of receipt. A
refund will be given within 5 days of receipt of the returned goods,
postage charged will not be refunded. All goods are sourced from
reputable suppliers and covered by manufacturers’ or UK suppliers’
guarantee applicable to each product. These terms and conditions do
not affect consumers' statutory rights.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the service or wish to
complain please write to us or email: e-sales@windwave.co.uk. We will
acknowledge receipt of your concern within 48 hours and will gather all
information necessary to hopefully come to a satisfactory conclusion
within 10 working days.

Remittance Terms
Credit card clearance is achieved before goods are dispatched. If paying
by cheque, clearance is also obtained before dispatch. For overseas
orders money has to be transferred to our account using the banks
money transfer system before dispatch.
